That dealer is a nightmare. From Sales to Service. The service department is a mess. Service advisors give you this stupid look when you walk in...not cool. You are considered to be the idiot who has no idea what is happening with your own car. Expect a warranty-denied call shortly with some outrageous price to fix your car/truck. Will not do what they say. Bought a Maverick for $5000 over MSRP and only had one key. I had a "We Owe" a 2nd key, after countless calls never received anything.

I was looking for a top of the line for a 2022 F-150 Platinum. They avertized it for $78,180. Now this is a hard to find vehicle but not impossible. I inquired about it through the Autotrader. It was available because someone ordered it and chose not to pick it up. So Isreal calls me to see if I'd like it, of course I did. He calls me back with the price, taxes and fees included - $93,180. The sales person was very professional and did everything right to make the sales experience perfect. He taught us how to use every feature. He gave us time to think about our purchase and never pressured during the process. The financial person was also very professional and had a great sense of humor.

What a nightmare. My Ford entered for regular oil service and replacement of rear brakes (over $400 invoice) and got out with a problem in the front suspension. Later they charged me an additional $ 176 for a revision and provided a repair quote of $ 2,160. The problem? just alignment, because when they rotate the front tires modified the alignment. This dealer sooner o later will be out of business. Do not ever stop by Gus Machado.

Be careful with his dealer, they are filled with scammers. Took my car into service 2 weeks ago, was told that the car was heating up and the temperature sensor needed to be changed and also to get a anti-freeze flush done ASAP. I went with my wife and we found a 2013 f-150 which my wife liked when she saw it. I onthe other hand was not jumping in head first so here comes the used car shark infested waters. 1. They advertise one price, but if you want 0% financing you have to pay full sticker price. Staff stated, "they do that just to bring customers in" 2. They stated the financing was approved the night of sale, left with papers in hand. Really good credit, no problem. I had such a great experience with my sales man Ronni! He is a very knowledgeable and up beat at all times. Through out the process Ronni wasn't pushy towards me buying the Ford. Great service. Brought my Taurus in for a fuel smell. It was so bad, I could not park it in the garage at home during the night because all the fumes were going into my house. The team at Gus Machado Ford took it to the back and Diagnose it. They quickly called me to advise me what the problem was. I said go ahead and do it. They did the repair. The price was excellent and the car was fixed quickly. Now the car parks back in the garage at night. Thanks Gus Machado Team.

At Gus Machado Ford I was treated like a valued customer and I was assisted in picking the best car for me. Pablo Cartaya the salesman listened to my concerns and found me the best car in my price range and with the best mpgs for my needs. Mr.Cartaya was extremely helpful and made sure my car was set up (including sync installation, car wash and full gas tank). The finance manager, Lourdes was exceptional as well.
